How do you create value?
- As a Treasury Specialist, you play a vital role in safeguarding the organization’s financial health and resilience
- By ensuring efficient liquidity management, accurate cash forecasting, and strategic funding, you directly contribute to operational stability and support business growth
- Your work in compiling IRRBB reports helps the organization understand and mitigate interest rate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing financial decision-making
- Through your efforts, the company can optimize its capital structure, reduce financial risk, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions—ultimately driving cost savings, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability
Our expectations for you
- You have at least 2 years working experience in treasury, finance, or banking
- You are a creative problem solver with strong analytical thinking
- You have good knowledge of global banking regulations and financial instruments
- You have very good communication skills
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- You have good verbal and written communication skills in Estonian and English
- You have experience with MS Office and banking software
