What to expect from the recruitment process?

We will have an interview with the selected candidates. Sometimes several interviews are held with key stakeholders, depending on the position.
Testing and background check
For some positions, the selected candidates are asked to complete homework and in some cases submit the Tripod test.
We usually run background and reference checks to ensure our new colleagues have a strong record of high integrity and solid recommendations.
Congratulations, the successful candidate will receive a job offer.
Every new hire will have their unique onboarding program, specially made for them to cover the requirements of the position.

What are the requirements for a successful application?

What happens after I have applied for a job?
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received it.
We will review the applications and select the strongest candidates for the role, who will be contacted and invited for an interview.
What is the time frame of the overall recruitment process?
Our usual hiring process takes between 4 to 8 weeks after the job opening is posted. However, there can be some exceptions, depending on various factors, including volatility of the business and market conditions.
What is the testing and background check phase?
As a responsible employer operating in financial sector and observing strict ethical norms, we usually run background and reference checks to ensure our new colleagues have a strong record of high integrity and solid recommendations.
Some positions will also include a testing phase, customized to the job position. Depending on the requirements of the role, you can expect tasks evaluating your specific skills and knowledge as well as general psychometric tests.
Do you check references without first asking candidates?
No. Even, if you provide contact details for your references in your application, we always ask for explicit permission, before contacting them.
