How do you create value?
- You will gather requirements from business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide development estimates
- You will develop reporting – both in-house and regulatory reporting
- You will develop and maintain report documentation, including data sources and calculations
- You will apply LEAN practices where possible
- You will be promoting data driven developments and initiatives in Bigbank
Our expectations for you
- You have previously worked as Data Analyst or had a similar role
- You are proficient in SQL and/or other data query languages and experience of handling large scale data with efficiency
- You are a creative problem solver with strong analytical thinking
- You are able and willing to share your opinion and propose ideas to improve operations based on data and have an impact on the customer experience
- You have ability to work independently with high degree of ownership
- You have good verbal and written communication skills in Estonian and English
