How do you create value?

You help create a smooth and reliable banking service for over 150,000 customers
You ensure a high-quality and highly available service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
As a team member, you will participate in solving problems, introducing new services and provide the best IT support to our employees

You are a true expert in the team when

You will be the 1st point of contact for all IT support for the bank’s employees
You will set up and maintain employee’s computers, phones, and other IT equipment
You will research and provide solutions that will ensure efficiency and features, that are better than current tools
You will manage communication platforms
You will be an IT support superhero who will provide local support to all employees located in our Tartu office and remotely for all other locations

Our expectations for you

You have previous experience as an IT specialist
You are able to work individually, but also in a team
You have good verbal and written communication skills in Estonian and English
You are motivated and interested in technology
You have previous experience with Windows and macOS
You are ready for business trips both in Estonia and abroad
You have a professional vocational or higher education
