Now, we want to take the next step and start offering daily payment services to our clients because we believe we can provide better conditions than those currently available on the market.
How do you create value?
- You value both residential and commercial real estate
- You develop valuation methodologies for real estate assets used as collateral in the loan portfolio
- You assess the market value of real estate assets and monitor changes over time
- You evaluate and validate external expert valuations, ensuring compliance with internal standards
- You advise credit risk and business unit employees on real estate-related matters
- You gather, analyze, and stay up to date with developments in the real estate market
Our expectations for you
- At least 2 years of experience as a real estate valuer (a professional valuer’s certificate is a plus)
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent command of Excel and ability to work systematically with data
- You have good verbal and written communication skills in Estonian and English
- Willingness to conduct physical inspections of assets
