How do you create value?
- Drive the deposit product roadmap, creating and managing business initiatives to support profitability and customer satisfaction
- Lead the deposit product in cross-border countries, ensuring smooth workflow and communication within the team
- Develop and execute the vision for deposit products, prioritize features, and align marketing budgets with sales goals
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations, manage product compliance and risks as the first line of defense
- Align and fulfill deposit sales goals among branches, supporting communication and process improvements with various units
You are a true expert in the team when
- You develop and execute the vision for deposit products, driving change and innovation
- You gather and analyze customer feedback for product development
- You work out, approve, and align product-related strategy and roadmap with Bigbank's general business strategy and goals
- You ensure full visibility about progress, business results, and plans, delivering the product roadmap in small sprint-sized items
- You manage product compliance and risks as the first line of defense
- You manage cooperation with engineering teams, designers, other areas, and branches to maximize product performance
Our expectations for you
- You have a minimum of 3 year of product management experience in the finance sector, with team management and project management experience in a complex matrix structure
- You are innovative, proactive, and driven by a desire to create value and improve processes
- You possess advanced analytical skills, commercial thinking, and relationship management abilities
- You have high-level knowledge of digital customer experience management, product and process management, and digital business (marketing, sales, customer service)
- You are proficient in English and in German or Dutch
- You have very good computer skills and an eagerness to use new technology and tools
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
