What you‘ll be doing

  • In cooperation with of Corporate Banking Area, establishing and improving credit procedures within agreed credit risk framework to support strategic objectives of Corporate Banking Area in Baltic countries
  • Monitoring of credit portfolio quality, credit risk limits and key risk indicators of corporate loan portfolio
  • Organizing work of the credit committees (chairman of credit committees)
  • Developing simplified decision-making processes, supporting Corporate Banking Area in development of tools and methods through simplification and automatization
  • Supporting development of rating models and methodologies
  • Leading small team of credit risk officers and credit analysts
  • Directly reporting to Group Head of Credit Risk

What do we expect from you

  • At least 5 years’ experience in corporate credit risk management in financial sector
  • University degree in economics
  • Knowledge of credit risk management principles in corporate banking and relevant regulatory requirements (knowledge of IRB approach is advantage)
  • Familiarity with working and establishing internal procedures
  • Business mind-set and ability to link one’s work with the Bank’s overall objectives
  • Very good ability to work independently according to the objectives and in collaboration across teams
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
