If you believe you have what it takes and want to be part of this unique opportunity, come and let's create the future of everyday banking together!

Today, we are the Estonian bank with the widest international presence, 100% owned by Estonian stakeholders. We operate in nine markets. Now, we want to take the next step and start offering daily payment services to our clients because we believe we can provide better conditions than those currently available on the market.

  • You ensure high-quality and expert legal services in a rapidly growing domestic bank
  • You constantly monitor and analyse the evolving legal landscape, ensuring that the bank always operates in compliance with new laws and regulations

You are a true expert in the team when

  • You have experience in analysing, drafting, and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • You provide expert and strategic support to the bank, including its cross-border units (Austria, Netherlands, Germany)
  • You handle and advise on legal disputes, including representing the bank in interactions with external parties
  • You communicate with regulatory authorities and other external stakeholders (e.g. Banking Association)
  • You offer high-quality legal advice on Estonian and EU legislation and regulations (e.g., ESG) and assist in integrating them into the bank's processes

Our expectations for you

  • You hold a Master’s degree in law or possess equivalent qualifications or experience
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the legal field (preferably in the financial sector, a supervisory authority, or a similar role)
  • You expertise in providing legal advice and drafting legal documentation
  • You have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality
