Join us in building the best everyday bank

Our goal is to build the best bank in Estonia, and why not also the best in the world. This requires the use of new technologies in developing daily services on a fresh banking platform. If you believe you have what it takes and want to be part of this unique opportunity, come and let's create the future of everyday banking together!

Today, we are the Estonian bank with the widest international presence, 100% owned by Estonian stakeholders. We operate in nine markets. Now, we want to take the next step and start offering daily payment services to our clients because we believe we can provide better conditions than those currently available on the market.

How do you create value?

  • You design, develop, and maintain Bigbank’s visual identity (CVI), adapting it to the needs of different markets, languages, and channels.
  • You create inspiring and consistent designs that represent the Bigbank brand and resonate with target audiences.
  • You design communication materials ranging from large-scale campaigns to targeted social media posts and display banners, supporting both marketing and internal communication needs.
  • You work closely with the design team, marketing teams, and business units to improve user experience and achieve Bigbank’s strategic goals.
  • You collaborate with creative agencies in planning and executing campaigns, offering ideas and recommendations to enhance the quality of solutions.
  • You establish and adhere to high design standards that support Bigbank’s vision of becoming the most recommended digital financial service provider.

Our expectations for you

  • You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, design skills, and experience.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. If you’re new to Figma, we’ll support you in learning it.
  • You are familiar with AI tools or are interested in exploring their potential (bonus!).
  • You have experience working with international teams and can adapt designs for different languages and cultural contexts.
  • You have excellent Estonian and English language skills, both spoken and written, enabling you to communicate effectively with international and local colleagues and partners.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • You are capable of working independently on projects – from understanding the brief to delivering polished, production-ready results, while maintaining consistency with brand and design guidelines.
