What You'll be doing
In the Cross-Border Unit we support our customers by communicating with them directly over the phone and via email and behind the scenes by monitoring and analysing our processes to ensure a seamless customer journey. In addition, our employees play an active role in developing our products and in thinking of how Bigbank could be branded and represented in Cross-Border countries (DE, AT, NL).
How you'll spend your day
- You will advise our customers via email and phone.
- You will monitor the portfolio to identify possible issues and solve them proactively.
- You will be involved in developing improvements of our services.
- You will be creating content to increase the brand awareness and trustworthiness in our Cross-Border countries.
- You are able to work both individually and with/within a team.
You'll be successful if You have
- You are fluent in both verbal and written English and German.
- You have very good communication skills.
- You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications.
- You are inspired to try and use new technologies and tools.
- You are able to work both individually and with team.

Genesys, MS Office, Banking Software NEST, Atlassian tools: Confluence.
