What You'll be doing

In the Cross-Border Unit we support our customers by communicating with them directly over the phone and via email and behind the scenes by monitoring and analysing our processes to ensure a seamless customer journey. In addition, our employees play an active role in developing our products and in thinking of how Bigbank could be branded and represented in Cross-Border countries (DE, AT, NL).

How you'll spend your day

You will advise our customers via email and phone.
You will monitor the portfolio to identify possible issues and solve them proactively.
You will be involved in developing improvements of our services.
You will be creating content to increase the brand awareness and trustworthiness in our Cross-Border countries.
You are able to work both individually and with/within a team.

You'll be successful if You have

You are fluent in both verbal and written English and German.
You have very good communication skills.
You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications.
You are inspired to try and use new technologies and tools.
You are able to work both individually and with team.
