How do you create value?
- You ensure the accurate monthly calculation of loan-loss provisions in the Bank’s IT system, providing manual adjustments and corrections when needed
- You analyze credit portfolios, identifying trends that may impact loan-loss provisions and sharing valuable insights with the team
You are a true expert in the team when
- You lead the forecasting (budgeting) process for loan-loss provisions, collaborating with business units, the financial department, and other key stakeholders
- You provide granular overview of monthly loan-loss provisions and reporting to stakeholders
- You maintain open communication with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering ad-hoc analysis related to loan-loss provisions as needed
Our expectations for you
- You have university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
- You have good analytical skills
- You have experience working with large datasets and are proficient in using MS Excel
- You have good knowledge of SQL
- You pay strong attention to details and accuracy
- You are ambitious with internal drive for excellence
- You have good verbal and written communication skills in Estonian and English
