As a Credit Risk Officer

You are part of our credit risk team and play a central role in managing the bank’s corporate credit risk framework and ensuring sound lending practices across our markets, thereby supporting the bank’s sustainable growth.

You are a true expert in the team when

  • Developing and implementing credit procedures for business lending in line with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Monitoring corporate credit portfolio quality, including credit risk limits and key risk indicators, and proposing corrective actions when needed
  • Participating and organizing credit committees to support efficient and well-grounded credit decisions
  • Contributing to the development of credit risk methodologies, rating models, and analytical tools for corporate clients
  • Collaborating with Corporate Banking to develop customer-focused solutions while maintaining prudent credit risk standards
  • Sharing expertise across the organization by supporting colleagues and conducting credit-related trainings

Our expectations for you

  • At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector in the field of corporate lending credit risk management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and manage credit risks in line with defined risk appetite
  • Knowledge of corporate financial analysis and credit risk assessment practices
  • Ability to work independently, make well-reasoned decisions, and lead constructive discussions when evaluating credit cases
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Estonian
