What you will be doing

  • Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with our Corporate Banking Area to initiate and enhance credit procedures. Align these initiatives with our strategic goals across the Baltic countries.
  • Quality Oversight: Ensure the quality of our credit portfolio by monitoring credit risk limits and key risk indicators of the corporate loan portfolio.
  • Leadership Role: Chair and coordinate the activities of our credit committees, playing a role in decision-making processes. Efficiency Enhancement: Streamline decision-making processes and support the advancement of tools and methodologies through simplification and automation.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a small team of dedicated credit risk officers and analysts.
  • Report directly to the Group Head of Credit Risk, contributing to our overall strategic direction.

What is expected of you

  • Experience: 3+ years of corporate credit risk management experience in the financial sector.
  • Education: A university degree in economics or a related field.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles in corporate banking and relevant regulatory requirements (IRB approach is a plus).
  • Procedure Proficiency: Experience in developing and implementing internal procedures.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to align your work with the bank’s overall objectives and strategic goals.
  • Independence and Collaboration: Strong capability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
