How do you create value?

Develop data processes related to the bank’s collaterals, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with risk, finance, and business needs
Ensure that valuation processes and methods are established for all acceptable collateral types, both at loan origination and revaluation stages
Manage and develop the collateral registry, design and implement data controls
Define requirements for systems supporting collateral management and valuation processes, and coordinate related IT developments
Coordinate collaboration with key stakeholders and various teams across the bank

Our expectations for you

At least 2 years of experience in collateral data management or process development in a credit institution
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FSA, EBA, CRR, ESG)
Experience in project management
Ability to work independently towards agreed goals and manage stakeholders effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to manage and interpret large data sets using SQL and Excel
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
