How do you create value?

You analyze and evaluate business processes to support strategic decision-making
You collaborate with business and technical teams to investigate and resolve business-related issues
You assist in planning, executing, and monitoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
You provide support to the corporate back-office teams with different development initiatives
You will be shaping the future of our internet bank

Our expectations for you

You have previous experience in business analysis, quality control, or a related role
You are an excellent communicator
You are committed to achieving great results, and results matter to you
You are a creative problem solver with strong analytical thinking
You have a higher education degree (preferably an IT or Economics related)
You have good verbal and written communication skills in English
You have experience with IT project management tools and software (Atlassian products)
You have good knowledge of global banking regulations and financial instruments
