What you‘ll be doing
- Performing corporate clients loan administration tasks from credit issuance to full repayment to ensure the quality of the loan portfolio
- Analyzing the information provided by clients and consulting them through various channels
- Ensuring efficient processing, supervision and data quality of information provided by clients in Bank‘s systems
- Preparing and submitting documents and answers according to the valid procedures within the Bank and to external clients
- Making suggestions for improving the Bank's products, the loan processing process, and improving the customer experience
What do we expect from you
- You have experience in the finance/banking sector, sales experience is an advantage
- You are able to work successfully in a team, you are proactive in proposing solutions and process improvements
- You have motivation to achieve high results and a desire to constantly improve
- You are able to deal with a large amount of information, you are attentive to details and know how to follow a routine
- You possess excellent oral and written proficiency of Lithuanian and English
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office suite applications

- Fixed remuneration of 1850 EUR (gross)
- Bonuses that are paid every quarter when the expected results are delivered, with the total annual amount of bonuses being up to 2 monthly salaries.
