WOW Day: Our Annual Tradition of Coming Together
Every January, our team from across Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Finland, and Bulgaria gathers in Estonia for one of the most anticipated events of the year—our annual seminar, known as WOW Day. It’s a special tradition that brings together colleagues from these six countries, with more than 300 employees joining in one place each year. It’s a moment to step away from our daily work, celebrate our achievements, and set new goals for the year ahead. Most importantly, it’s a chance to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the bond that makes our company thrive.
WOW Day is divided into two key parts—the day session and the evening celebration. The day session focuses on reflection, learning, and recognition. We take this time to look back at the past year’s successes, introduce the vision for the year ahead, and, most significantly, honor our dedicated employees who have been with us for 5, 10, 15, 20, and even 25 years. Each of these employees steps onto the grand stage, receiving warm applause, handshakes and hugs, and heartfelt congratulations from our Management Board and their Branch Heads. It’s a proud and emotional moment, as we recognize the loyalty and hard work of those who have shaped our company’s journey.
Every year, we tailor the seminar to make it meaningful, dynamic, and engaging based on employee feedback. This year, we welcomed the external training team Combat Ready, who shared practical yet powerful strategies for leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Their hands-on session was not just about theories but real-life principles that can be applied both professionally and personally. A key highlight was a playful yet insightful team challenge—designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and goal-setting in a fun and engaging way.
Following the day session, all employees are treated to a comfortable stay in some of Tallinn’s finest hotels. This provides a well-deserved break before the evening festivities, giving everyone time to relax, recharge, and get ready for the night ahead.
The evening celebration is where the magic truly happens. The event kicks off with a speech from our Chairman of the Management Board, followed by another shine moment—where we honor our best of the best employees and company ambassadors from each country. The recognition continues with applause, cheers, and, of course, a moment on stage under the spotlight.
But WOW Day is not just about speeches and awards—it’s also about fun, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences. The dinner celebration includes a mix of surprises, from stunning performances to live music, DJ sets, and beautifully designed photo zones where colleagues can capture moments together.
Each WOW Day carries a unique theme, and this year’s was Collaborative Cosmos. Inspired by the idea that we are all part of something bigger, we embraced the spirit of unity, teamwork, and shared success. Like the Three Musketeers’ motto, “All for One and One for All,” we know that only by working together can we reach new heights and celebrate the achievements yet to come.
WOW Day is more than just a seminar—it’s a celebration of our people, our culture, and our shared journey. It’s a time to step back, appreciate our colleagues, and gain new energy for the year ahead. It’s a reminder that while we may work in different countries, we are all part of the same team, moving towards the same goals.
