A Product Managment Specialist will be responsible for the launch, management, and improvement of the bank's daily banking products (e.g., payment cards, accounts, online and mobile banking) as well as enhancing the competence of employees responsible for customer service.
What you‘ll be doing
- New product development or improvements to existing ones (e.g., payment accounts, payment cards, online and mobile banking)
- Analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Align implementation with internal teams, execute and coordinate implementation changes
- Monitoring product performance, sales, and profitability, providing optimization recommendations
- Proposals are provided for product sales and profitability strategies, actions, and support in their implementation
- Evaluating customer experience and suggesting improvements
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing associated risks
What do we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience working with daily banking products (experience with payment accounts is a an advantage)
- A solid understanding of banking technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial knowledge
- Communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken Lithuanian and English (C1)
