What you‘ll be doing
- Establishing and developing of customer and partnership relationships together with management of the leasing portfolio
- Advising customers and introducing services and products
- Managing car and equipment leasing product
- Concluding and signing agreements, representing the bank in accordance with the competence given
- Regular inspection and monitoring of the client portfolio and contracts, and performance of management-related activities in a timely, efficient and correct manner
- Establishing, developing and managing of partnerships with car and equipment dealers
- Creating and managing internal procedures, manuals, and tools to ensure an effective sales and contract management process
What do we expect from you
- 1+ year experience in the financial sector / banking with leasing sales (B2B)
- Long-term experience in using spreadsheet programs for analysis and reporting (especially MS Excel)
- You are capable of working in a team, you are proactive, show constant initiative and motivation to reach the best results
- You have great communication and problem-solving skills
- You have a higher education in economics, finances, management or related field
- You know Lithuanian and English languages well
- High analytical ability, business thinking

- Fixed remuneration of 3200 EUR (brutto)
