What you‘ll be doing
- Collaborating with Corporate Banking Area to design customer-centric solutions while ensuring sound credit risk practices
- Developing credit procedures for issuing business loans
- Deciding credit applications as member of credit committee or according to personal powers-to-act
- Organizing daily work of credit committees
- Providing assistance to various reporting related tasks to internal and external parties
- Monitoring credit portfolio quality, credit risk limits and key risk indicators of business loans
- Training employees
What do we expect from you
- You have at least 2 years working experience in the financial sector in the field of corporate loans or credit risk management
- You have higher education
- You have good analytical skills to identify, measure and mitigate credit risks in conjunction with set credit risk appetite
- You can work independently, have good representation and argumentation skills
- You can make decisions and lead constructive discussions under pressure
- You are fluent in written and spoken Lithuanian and English
