What you'll be doing
Ensuring Wordpress based content management system (CMS) tools and maintenance for full web production lifecycle in all countries of operation.
Supporting delivery of Bigbank long-term strategy by improving customer and employee experience and marketing efficiency through providing tools for non-technical employees (marketing, HR) to deliver content on websites independently and effectively without a need for daily technical assistance.

How you'll spend your day
Leading the team in the aspects of team design (team competences, roles, processes) and general direction.
Managing full cycle of preparation and production of the bank’s external websites from insight collection & conception to launch and beyond.
Developing the architectural plans for delivering the business epics, incl. management and prioritisation of the respective backlog.
Managing production roadmap, workflow and internal processes, i.e. creating, managing and overseeing agreed epics, including scope, time schedule, responsibilities, priorities etc.
Providing support and insight for proactively managing and responding to the customers/employee’s pain points, within the team competence/responsibility area and across teams.
Things you’re already doing:
You have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of web production lifecycle and trends in digital marketing.
You have proven experience of developing Word-Press based websites (experience working with any other front-end framework is a plus, e.g. react.js, angular.js, vue.js).
You have experience with usability testing, A/B testing and translating user insight into website improvements.
You have knowledge and experience with implementing and utilizing website user behaviour and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/Hotjar.
You have a firm grasp of UX and UI trends with the solid user experience of graphic design programs.
Things we're working on
First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform made up of microservices, renewing our entire technology stack.
