Things you’re already doing:
You have designed interfaces, design systems and experiences for the last 3–5 years. You are just about to finish a great project at which we’d love to have a look at.
Experience mapping is a natural part of your design routine. You use personas, empathy maps, user scenarios, task flows, and journey maps daily to communicate core product problems, opportunities and solutions.
Interactive prototypes are your favourite sources for user feedback and design development.
You understand HTML/CSS and sometimes write a bit of basic code yourself. Previous knowledge and experience with Vue.js will make us jump from joy.
You enjoy explaining your ideas to other designers, engineers, project managers and stakeholders.
Latest updates, research articles and news about UX best practices, UI trends, and design standards fill your feed(s) and mailbox.
You enjoy working in a team and have a proactive attitude.
You have significant, almost never-ending drive to find solutions.
Things we're working on
First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers in order to figure out what is needed for creating a good user experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform which is based on micro services and goes through the entire stack. To contribute to the goal of the company, we in design team are creating product concepts, improving and automating the design toolset for product teams, unifying user flows and building a central design component library.
