What you'll be doing

    You will assist the Product Manager in defining Minimal Business Increments (MBI) for the Product Roadmap and slicing these MBI's and Epics into small valuable and deliverable stories using the INVEST requirements and according to definition of ready principles.

How you'll spend your day

  • You will work closely with the Product Manager in planning and creating new opportunities for development.

  • You will gather information and input from our customers, stakeholders, and developers.

  • You will analyse data and create Epics and user stories based upon this.

  • You will facilitate communications between technology teams and the business.

  • You have experiences in resolving complex problems and can focus on creating valuable and practical solutions.

  • Banking area experience gives You extra credit.

  • You are capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders taking into account their wishes and needs.

  • You can communicate in English.

  • You have good analytical skills and ability to see the big picture.

  • You are ambitious with internal drive for excellence and constantly want to improve.

Things we're working on

First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new business growth enabling banking platform.
