What you'll be doing

  • Being responsible for delivering product roadmap and product strategy in CRM Area

  • Working closely with product team (UX designer, PEM & developers) and stakeholders

  • Proactively supporting profitability, managing risks, and compliance of products

How you'll spend your day

  • Having fun and heated arguments with your fellow PMs, UX designers and stakeholders about what and how to build next

  • Making sense of customer needs and wants, research users and communicating with them

  • Identify shortcomings and possibilities to improve and tweak products through customer feedback and analysis

  • Planning, analysing and ensuring the success and delivery of developments

  • Communicate and sync with other branches PMs, stakeholders and team members

  • Defining and prioritising product backlog for development team

  • Ensure and monitor that products are working for our customers and business results are achieved

  • Planning sprints with team

Things you’re already doing:

  • You understand the difference between building features and solving problems.

  • You can build a business case and you stay excited about it until the official launch day.

  • You know how our product fits into the sector and ranks against competition.

  • You like responsibility and can follow the lifecycle of functionality from a customer comment to a fully developed feature.

  • You can give valuable feedback to UX designers for every design iteration and can make connections between business needs and design.

  • Can explain when color green is better than red.

  • Can build a simple chatbot within a week.

Things we're working on

First we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform made up of microservices, renewing our entire technology stack.
