What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with the Product Management area to create and align roadmap according to company strategy.

  • Identifying and tracking product backlog and roadmap dependencies as well as managing pre-requisites, value and effort required.

  • Working closely with the Product Team to ensure that the workflow remains up-to-date, and information and knowledge is being collected on the right level.

  • Working closely with key stakeholders from different areas such as Risk, Compliance and Technology, creating new opportunities for developments mostly regarding AML, KYC and fraud prevention.

  • Ensuring initiatives for development are researched, analysed and validated according to potential financial benefits, contribution to strategy, risks and efforts and customer needs and creating corresponding Epics and user stories.

  • Understanding why we are working on something before we develop it and fostering a shared understanding of this with the entire team.

  • Truly owning and being the advocate for the services and process that you and your Product Team are responsible for and facilitating communication between technology and business.

Things you’re already doing:

  • You have experience in resolving complex problems and can focus on creating valuable and practical solutions.

  • You have good analytical skills and ability to see the big picture.

  • You solve problems based on data, not by gut feeling. You are very rigorous about measuring impact and have basic knowhow of technical languages (e.g. Java).

  • You have experience or interest in KYC, AML, fraud prevention and digital authentication/signing topics.

  • You can communicate very well in verbal and written English.

  • You are capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders taking into account their wishes and needs while keeping in mind and steering towards the goals and strategy.

  • You are self-motivated and ambitious, driven towards excellence and have strong planning and organisational skills, constantly looking to improve.

  • You have experience with Agile Methodology from working in or together with agile teams.

  • You possess the ability to document and communicate complex process flows.

Things we're working on

First we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform made up of microservices, renewing our entire technology stack.
