What you'll be doing

  • Supporting implementation and execution and monitoring of operational risk management processes like: Incident reporting process; Risk and Control Self-Assessment process; Quality and Risk Analysis process and Business Continuity and Crisis Management process.

  • Controlling the compliance with internal regulations.

  • Raising the risk awareness within the organisation.

  • Regular reporting.

Things you’re already doing and skills you possess:

  • At least 2 years working experience in banking industry.

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or acquisition of it.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, good Estonian language skills preferred.

  • Result and customer oriented.

  • Service and business minded.

  • Working towards simple yet efficient solutions.

  • Good analytical and communication skills.

  • Able to work both independently and in a team.

Things we're working on

First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for an excellent experience. We focused on building a new Banking platform, that we just implemented in all the countries of our operations. Now, we are seeking our next challenge.
