Quality Engineer (Internet bank)

What you'll be doing

Assuring quality of internet bank and customer onboarding process and some important core services.
Perform all means of testing (manual/automated, functional/non-functional, black-box/white-box).
Actively participate in improving QA processes, procedures and implementing best practices.
Work closely with software engineers to define quality assurance needs of changes.
Work closely with fellow quality engineer to automate regression detection.

What is expected of You

Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to find causes of errors.
Know how the software development processes works and in apply your testing experience to increase quality.
Experience working in an agile team and know the rituals used in Scrum and Kanban.
In-depth knowledge in software testing – methodologies, approaches, patterns, tools, etc.
Good understanding of Micro-services, Message Queues, NoSQL and Unix/Linux.
Have experience with any of test automation tools and willingness to learn - Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium or Selenide and REST API automation is a plus.
Good communication skills, have a very good level of English in speech and writing.
Are familiar with working in an international team.
