What you will be doing

  • Developing of credit rules and internal procedures for issuing housing loans
  • Supporting Business Unit in topics related to Credit Risk
  • Monitoring portfolio quality, initiating recovery actions to keep portfolio quality on target
  • Proposing new ideas and improvements in credit procedures to support achievement of Bank’s business objectives within given risk appetite
  • Participating and organizing daily work of Credit Committees
  • Developing decision-making processes and tools
  • Training of employees

What do we expect from you

  • You have at least 2-years working experience in financial sector in the field of mortgage/housing loans issued to private individuals (preferably as credit risk officer, credit risk specialist or credit risk analyst)
  • Higher education
  • Fluent English in written and orally
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good decision-making ability
  • Good argumentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
