Developing of credit rules and internal procedures for issuing housing loans
Supporting Business Unit in topics related to Credit Risk
Monitoring portfolio quality, initiating recovery actions to keep portfolio quality on target
Proposing new ideas and improvements in credit procedures to support achievement of Bank’s business objectives within given risk appetite
Participating and organizing daily work of Credit Committees
Developing decision-making processes and tools
Training of employees
What do we expect from you
You have at least 2-years working experience in financial sector in the field of mortgage/housing loans issued to private individuals (preferably as credit risk officer, credit risk specialist or credit risk analyst)
Fluent English in written and orally
Ability to work independently
Good decision-making ability
Good argumentation skills
Good analytical skills
