What is expected of you

Providing infrastructure for running Bigbank's Services;
Implementing of infrastructure practices in Bigbank;
You are fluent in Estonian and English, both in speech and writing;
Asset management;
Decision-making power.

What you already have

High level of Emotional Stability (resistance to stress and self-control);
A good understanding of software development life-cycle;
An engineering background (Understanding of OOP, different design patterns, sql and nosql databases, automated testing, continuous integration systems, virtualization, networks and linux servers);
You have embraced modern engineering practices (XP, devops, etc);
You are an excellent leader;
You can plan and monitor the progresses;
You are being able to adopt to various changes.
