What You'll be doing

In the Cross-Border Unit we support our customers by communicating with them directly over the phone and via email and behind the scenes by monitoring and analysing our processes to ensure a seamless customer journey. In addition, our employees play an active role in developing our products and in thinking of how Bigbank could be branded and represented in Cross-Border countries (DE, AT, NL).

    How you'll spend your day

    • You will advise our German and Austrian customers via email and phone.
    • You will monitor the portfolio to identify possible issues and solve them proactively.
    • You will be involved in developing improvements of our services.
    • You will be creating content to increase the brand awareness and trustworthiness in cross-border countries.

    What is expected of you

    • You are fluent in German and English;
    • You have very good communication skills;
    • You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications;
    • You are inspired to try and use new technologies and tools;
    • You are able to work both individually and in a team.

    Tools

    Genesys, MS Office, Banking Software NEST, Atlassian tools: Confluence.
