As a Credit Risk Controller

In the role of Corporate Credit Risk Controller, you are part of our credit risk team and play a central role in managing the bank’s credit risk, ensuring that corporate banking business processes are consistent and aligned with the bank’s strategy and regulatory requirements. This means monitoring compliance with credit policies and procedures, identifying trends and potential systemic issues, and thereby supporting the bank’s growth.

How do you create value?

  • You perform checks according to the plan to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures
  • You identify trends and potential systemic issues and their root causes, and make suggestions for process improvements
  • You develop risk awareness within the business line
  • You will improve the quality of credit decisions through documentation and methodology compliance checks
  • You ensure that corrective actions agreed upon during credit control are implemented on time and properly

Our expectations for you

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in credit risk
  • You have a good knowledge of credit risk principles, preferably in corporate banking
  • You have ability to analyze complex data and identify risks, patterns, and process gaps
  • You have strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and systematic approach
  • You have good communication skills
  • You have high ethical standards, independence, and reliability
  • You have a proficenty in English at a good level, both spoken and written
