What you'll be doing

    You will provide professional support service to our employees in Estonia. You will be part of our WOW team, who is responsible for establishing and maintaining office services and creating a pleasant work environment for our employees.

How you'll spend your day

  • Registering, forwarding, answering and preparing the correspondence and inquires inside and outside of the Bank.

  • Welcoming guests and making sure everything in the office runs smoothly.

  • Ensuring our employees have well equipped and clean office.

  • Organising business trips, regular smaller and bigger events.

  • Ensuring that work environment responsibles are in place and trained and employees informed.

Things you’re already doing:

  • You have experience in assistant or secretary work (incl organising business trips, meetings, events).

  • You have experience with document management program.

  • You can communicate in English and in Estonian.

  • You are capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders taking into account their wishes and needs.

  • You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications.

  • You are able to undertake a variety of office support tasks.

Things we're working on

First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new business growth enabling banking platform.
