What you'll be doing
Being responsible for delivering product roadmap and product strategy of Data Warehouse and reporting.
Managing Data Warehouse team, ensuring smooth workflow and communication within the team, between the team members and stakeholders.
Defining the needs of data and reports, planning and analysing development objectives to extend Data Warehouse and reporting functionality.

How you'll spend your day

You will be dealing with Product Backlog, creating and investigating tasks, communicating with internal customers and finding out the solutions.
You will be gathering requirements of reporting, dashboards and data usage.
Having fun and heated arguments with your fellow PMs and stakeholders about what and how to build next.
Making sense of customer needs and wants, research users and communicating with them.
Planning, analysing and ensuring the success and delivery of developments.
Communicate and sync with other branches PMs, stakeholders and team members.
Defining and prioritising product backlog for development team.
Planning sprints with team.
Things you’re already doing:
You have business mindset, proactive attitude and enjoy working in a team.
You have good analytical skills and ability to see the big picture.
You are ambitious with internal drive for excellence and constantly improving yourself.
You have experience working with data (building queries, reports, dashboards etc).
You have an advantage if you have previous experience in data warehousing.
You have an advantage if you have previous experience in people management.
Things we're working on
First we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform made up of microservices, renewing our entire technology stack.
