What you'll be doing
You will support employees and managers with Bigbank WOW (Way Of Working) to deliver Bigbank’s vision and strategy. You will handle recruitments, employment relationship management, trainings and development, organise events, counsel employees and managers.

How you'll spend your day
Counselling our employees and managers in employment relationship related matters.
Recruiting according to the needs and using the most effective and up to date channels.
Supporting our Internal Trainers Academy members with preparing, implementing and assessing the quality of the trainings.
Training employees and managers regarding internal regulations related to work organisation.
Keeping our HR systems data quality on a high level and up to date.
Delivering regular and ad-hoc HR projects (e.g. Summer Days).
Going through the employee experience lifecycle and finding new ways to improve.

Things you’re already doing:
You have experiences in employment relationship management, training and development, HR projects, recruitment.
You have good knowledge of project management.
You have good communication and presentation skills.
You can communicate in English and in Estonian.
You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications.
You are inspired to try and use new technologies and tools.
You are multi-tasker who delivers on high-quality level.
Things we're working on
First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new business growth enabling banking platform.
