What you'll be doing

You will serve our customers in the Cross-Border Unit (Netherlands, Austria and Germany) via available communication channels e.g. email, phone calls. No worries, you will only communicate with Dutch speaking customers.

How you'll spend your day

  • You will communicate with Dutch customers via phone and email and solve their issues and offer them the best possible solutions.

  • You will deal with different documents and contracts and need to insert necessary data to our systems.

  • You will have your own customer portfolio to manage.

  • You will make suggestions how we can improve our processes and carry out developments which are in your power.

  • You will sell Bigbank’s brand to our customers abroad.

  • You will be a part of digital banking.

Things you’re already doing:

  • You have previous experience in customer service.

  • You can communicate in Dutch and English.

  • You have internal drive for excellence and getting things done.

  • You have business mindset, proactive attitude, an eye for details and enjoy working in an international team.

  • You are jolly good fun.

Things we're working on

First we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are reaching to give the best customer service to our partners and customers.
