Decision Engine Analyst

What you'll be doing
Your will deliver high-quality and business-needs based decision-making process through implementation and constant development of Decision Engine processes.
You are an internal data expert and assist in the data mapping requirements between the internal systems as well as external data sources.

How you'll spend your day
Contributing to developing the finest credit risk processes over different countries and products.
Participating in product development research and analysis, business process implementations and mapping.
Working with other operational databases and systems to pull together the complete story and make recommendations.
Creating through productive discussions and researches the way in which analytics can drive business growth.
Supporting the creation of reporting, data visualization, and other tools to help teams understand their performance.
Things you’re already doing:
You have experience in developing, testing and introducing new business principles and systems inside the organisation.
You have experience in mapping business processes.
You have a good knowledge of defining business requirements and user stories.
You can handle large information flow and separate business critical information.
You are detail-oriented and able to handle time pressure.
Things we're working on
First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform made up of microservices, renewing our entire technology stack.
