What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for organising the high-quality credit risk management, taking into account the sustainability and bank strategy. You will manage the Credit Area and the team consisting of Credit Risk Officers, located in all the countries we operate, as well the Credit Risk Analysis Unit, located in Tartu, Estonia.

How you'll spend your day
Organising the credit risk management across full loan process and all the products in all the countries we are operating.
Managing the Credit Area and making sure that the area's long-term goals and work results are supporting the Bank strategical and operational goals.
Assembling and updating the Credit Risk strategy and internal regulations and procedures related to the strategy.
Organising loan scoring, decision making, analysis and modelling.
Organising the work of the Credit Committee and Credit Risk Officers in the branches.
Organising the classification, evaluation discounting of client related claims.
Consulting the management and employees and conducting internal trainings to raise credit risk knowhow and awareness.
Things you’re already doing:
You have previous work experience in risk control or risk management area.
You have previous work experience in credit risk management.
You have a very good knowledge in data analysis, financial analysis, risk assessment and measurement methods.
You have advanced analytical skills.
You can communicate in Estonian and English.
You can engage people in achieving the goals.
You are ambitious with internal drive for excellence and constantly want to improve.
You have the hands-on mentality.
Things we're working on
First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform made up of microservices, renewing our entire technology stack.
