What you'll be doing

    You will be responsible for the credit risk matter related to the development of the consumer loan portfolio.

We like our customers and want them to have a delightful user experience. Credit Risk Officer will define requirements, which helps us to meet our customers' expectations. You will utilise available data sources in the market, keep an eye on the competitors' activities and shape local credit conditions.

How you'll spend your day

  • Monitoring and analysing credit portfolio, identifying trends and drawing insight into portfolio development.

  • Initiating relevant actions to improve portfolio performance, reporting to stakeholders.

  • Developing credit procedures and decision-making processes.

  • As a chairman, organising effective work of credit committees.

  • Working closely with the modeling unit to identify new sources of data and develop highly predictive credit scoring models.

Things you’re already doing:

  • You have a university degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or Data Science.

  • You have at least 1 years’ experience in credit or insurance company, preferable in the risk management area.

  • You have very good analytical skills with a focus on data analysis.

  • You are very good in MS Excel.

  • You are able to lead and influence teams not reporting to him/her.

  • Have a business-oriented mind, high focus on details.

  • You are fluent in English.

Things we're working on

First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for an excellent experience. We focused on building a new Banking platform, that we just implemented in all the countries of our operations. Now, we are seeking our next challenge.
