What you'll be doing

    You will develop credit risk management through the implementation of group and/or country-level credit procedures and local market best practices in credit risk management

You will utilise available data sources in the market, keep an eye on the competitors' activities and shape local credit conditions.

How you'll spend your day

  • You will monitor and analyse the branch credit portfolio quality

  • You will lead or take part in development projects related to the credit risk management and build credit rules for decision engine together with technology team

  • You will research local market and monitor the best practices in the market

  • You will analyse ideas and prepare proposals for Credit Committee

  • You will create credit risk related internal procedures

  • You will prepare the trainings and train people on risk related topics

  • You take part in decision making regarding branch management

Things you’re already doing:

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in the finance sector, preferably in credit risk management or development of decision-making (scoring) models.

  • You have good project management and analytical skills.

  • You are able to see the big picture.

  • You have good presentation and public speaking skills.

  • You know how to lead people to meet challenges and constantly improve.

Things we're working on

First we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new banking platform made up of microservices, renewing our entire technology stack.
