What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for leading the business analysis in building Bigbank a modern and customer oriented Hire Purchase product. As an experienced business analyst, you know how to elicit the actual needs of stakeholders in order to determine underlying issues and causes.
You will ensure that the designed and delivered solutions bring business value and are aligned with the needs of the stakeholders.

How you'll spend your day
Work closely with the Product Manager in planning and creating new opportunities for development, with main focus on Hire Purchase product throughout the whole Baltic.
Gathering data, information and input from our customers, partners, stakeholders, and developers.
Analysing requirements and using Atlassian stack, preparing them for development.
Facilitating communications between technology teams and the business.

You have experiences in resolving complex problems and can focus on creating valuable and practical solutions.
You are capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders in a cross-border organisation taking into account their wishes and needs.
You have very good analytical skills and ability to see the big picture.
You are ambitious with internal drive for excellence and constantly want to improve.
Things we're working on
First, we transformed from old school offices-based banking to purely digital banking. Next, we dove into the digital journeys of our customers and figured out what they need for excellent experience. Now, we are building a new business growth enabling banking platform.
Tools you'll be working with
Atlassian: Jira and Confluence; Tableau; different communication channels: Zoom, Skype, Fleep; BPMN modelling: Camunda, Bizagi or similar.
