"Our focus has strongly been on driving towards excellent leadership. Our leaders embody Bigbank values and ensure that all our employees are happy to be Bigbankers. This dedication was also reflected through the EMOR employee feedback survey, which highlighted our positive workplace culture.
During WOW Day—our annual conference and gala held at the end of January—we emphasized the importance of collaboration. We are already proud to be Bigbankers, but we aim to be even more united and appreciative of every colleague in every department. Because we care and drive results courageously together.
Our journey to the top has been remarkable. We entered the Top 10 three years ago, landing in 8th place. The following year, we moved up to 7th, and now, based on last year's results, we are proudly in 5th place."
Last year, we welcomed over 100 new employees to our team, marking significant growth. We also took our first steps into the daily banking sector, expanding our services and expertise. Our employees are truly experts in their roles, and this year, our main focus is on collaboration.
